Willie Ng, MD
Dr. Ng was the founding physician at Hyde Park Pediatrics over 20 years ago. He graduated from medical school at the Federal University of Pernambuco in Brasil. He is formally trained in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. Dr. Ng has a special interest in travel medicine and cardiology. He enjoys traveling, photography, and watching movies. Dr. Ng is married and has three children.
Gregg Kottyan, MD
Dr. Kottyan attended Duke University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. He then moved to Cincinnati for good, attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine for his medical degree before completing a Pediatric residency and Sports Medicine fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He has a special interest in sports injuries, obesity management, and adolescent health. In addition to routine pediatric primary care, Dr. Kottyan can manage most non-surgical orthopedic problems including sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and chronic injuries or pain. In his spare time, Dr. Kottyan enjoys woodworking, playing the piano, singing with the Young Professionals Choral Collective, playing ice hockey, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Kathy Sorger, MD
Dr. Sorger returned to Hyde Park Pediatrics in 2016. She has an interest in well child care, ADD/ADHD, and newborn care. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Ashley O'Bryan, MD
Dr. O'Bryan was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. She attended Saint Ursula Academy for high school and received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from University of Cincinnati. She attended Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine for medical school before moving to Grand Rapids, Michigan. There, she completed a Pediatric residency at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital with Michigan State University. She has a special interest in newborn care, adolescent medicine and healthy lifestyle medicine. In her free time, Dr. O'Bryan enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, hiking, crocheting, and dancing.
Jenifer Jones, MD
Dr. Jones attended The University of Southern Mississippi for her Bachelor of Elementary Education degree. She worked as an elementary school teacher for a few years prior to attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine for her MD. She completed pediatric residency training at Dayton Children's Hospital and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Her special interests in pediatrics include newborn care, well child care, and mental health. Beyond general pediatrics, her interests include traveling, music, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Katarina Schneider, CNP
Katarina joined the practice in October 2019. She graduated first from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in biology. She then studied nursing at the University of Cincinnati and went on to work at Cincinnati Children's Hospital while she obtained her master's degree. In 2017 she began her career as a nurse practitioner working with adults but quickly realized she missed caring for infants and children. She is very happy to return to her true love of pediatrics. Katarina was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.
Jennifer Ashton, CNP
Jennifer returned to Hyde Park Pediatrics in June of 2022 after spending 3 years in Texas. Jennifer graduated from the University of Utah in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in nursing. She worked in nursery and maternal units for 10 years before attending The Ohio State University where she completed her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Her clinical interests include health and wellness education, newborn care, and lactation management. She also has been an IBCLC certified lactation consultant since 2017 and often integrates lactation visits into routine checkups. Jennifer enjoys reading, exercise, and travel, and is married with three children.
